Having completed A Levels in Law and Film Joanna
joined James Hallam
in 1998 as a personal lines administrator, quickly progressing to Personal Lines
Manager by the end of 1999. Working in a team of 3 in 2000, Joanna successfully
integrated package SME business into the unit by introducing the same level of
efficiency as demanded from the personal lines class of the industry.
In 2002 Joanna took 10 months out to do voluntary work within the world of media
production before returning to James Hallam in early 2003 to
manage Human Resources, Training and Development, Logistics and Structure.
Whilst maintaining these responsibilities, at the beginning of 2005 Joanna influenced
her role to become more strategic and now focuses on the Operations of the group.
