Paul has been Managing Director or Director of
several London broking
houses since 1987 and joined James Hallam in 2004 to help enable the
growth of the business. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of
Insurance and has been involved in management and developed training
for a number of organisations, including The Work Foundation and The Metropolitan
Police. Paul has also worked as a business mentor on a
voluntary basis to a number of executives, including in the voluntary
sector and takes a particular interest in change management. With four
children, one dog and three cats his time for outside interests are
restricted to music, Saracens Rugby Club and French wine. |
