Having spent seven years with Standard Life,
and three years with a professional insurance broker in Twickenham, Richard joined
James
Hallam in 2000 as an independent financial adviser and employee
benefits consultant, servicing a portfolio of existing clients.
Richard was soon winning new clients and was promoted to Divisional
Director at the beginning of 2005, taking overall responsibility for the
financial services operations of the company, which by this stage was a
much larger group with offices in London City, Brentwood and soon to
follow were the acquisitions of businesses in Watford and St. Albans.
Richard is now responsible for developing the group financial services
business still further through recruitment, additional penetration and
improved profile in the market. |
