Stuart has enjoyed an insurance career since
1980, originally as a property underwriter for General Accident in Manchester,
he came to London to further his career with Legal & General in their prestige
West End office.
With a solid underwriting background he moved into broking in 1989
and later joined Arnold Fisher Insurance Services in 1998 as an account
executive to develop clients and promote the company profile. In 2002, Stuart
was promoted to Senior Account Executive and took on more
management functions including full responsibility for compliance with
the General Insurance Standards Council, gaining the company one of
the first GISC membership accreditations.
In 2003 he took on preparation for regulation by the Financial Services
Authority and daily management of the company.
Stuart proceeded to manage the Company through the stages of
acquisition by James Hallam Limited which completed in December
2004. Following acquisition by James Hallam Limited Stuart was appointed
Divisional Director and is now managing Arnold Fisher Insurances Services, with
overall responsibility for the performance and maintenance of their very specialist
insurances facilities for the travel and tourism industry. |
