Financial Services Authority (FSA) and our registration numbers
are as follows:

Arnold Fisher Insurance Services Ltd - 308928

We employ a full-time, legally trained Compliance Officer and
our Appointed Person (under the terms of the FSA regulations)
is Alan Turner (Chairman).

All of our broking staff and advisers embark on continuous
professional development and we ensure that they are fully
trained and competent.

Our complaints procedure is detailed in each of our Terms of
Business Agreements.

Alan Turner Limited is not regulated by the FSA as it is a
Holding Company and does not itself transact any regulated
business.
