“I am Nina Nash and I joined James Hallam to head up the Private Clients team in February 2018 and was more recently promoted to Divisional Director taking on responsibility for the whole of the Private Clients division. I am Cert CII qualified and previously worked for another Independent broker for 23 years managing their Private Clients team in Berkhamsted. My particular focus and responsibility is ensuring that our existing and new clients receive impeccable service and advice.

Whilst I have dealt with most types of Home Insurance, my particular areas of expertise include Fine Art, Jewellery, Contract Works for homes undergoing renovations as well as properties which have previously suffered from Subsidence and Flooding. I enjoy nothing more than for my team and I to exceed client service expectations. In this regard, I am lucky enough to work with some very experienced and talented colleagues. We are all passionate about what we do.

Outside work I am a mother to two daughters. Their endless activities and social lives take up much of my time outside work; however I am a keen dancer and attend Ballet and Contemporary Street Dance classes each week. In addition, I love food and cookery, music and travelling.”

“I’m Lauren King, a Senior Account Executive, and I have been a part of the James Hallam Private Clients Division since 2009. I am a Cert CII qualified insurance professional with 20 years of experience within the Private Clients insurance industry.

I am a driven individual and I aspire to provide each of my clients with an exceptional service and product suitable for their individual needs. Insurance doesn’t have to be a “one size fits all” purchase and I enjoy getting to know my clients and their lifestyles, ensuring they have a policy that will respond accordingly should they ever need it.

My particular areas of expertise include high net worth individuals with private homes, secondary residences, fine art, jewellery, classic motor vehicles and high value everyday vehicles.

Away from the office I am a family orientated person, I regularly attend football games as various family members aged from 14 to 40 play for fun, and I like to travel and try new restaurants.”

“I am Graham Morgan-Tolworthy and I have over 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry and I’m Cert CII qualified. I joined James Hallam in September 2019 to head up the Private Client division in the Haywards Heath office. I have a wealth of knowledge having had so many years’ experience in the insurance industry and I pride myself on getting to know my clients so I can understand their needs and requirements. I have a broad experience in all classes of private insurances but specialise in the High Net Worth Home cover where I enjoy the challenge of finding solutions for clients’ needs

Away from insurance, I have two boys who keep me on my toes, I also enjoy football and DIY having qualified as a Carpenter and Joiner back in 2010.”
