- Buildings sum insured exceeding £50,000
- Contents sum insured exceeding £5,000
- Personal valuables sum insured exceeding £1,500
- Guests personal belongings exceeding £500
- Huts not made of wood or metal with wood or metal roof
- Huts used for commercial purposes other than a home office, holiday let and/or bed and
breakfast
