I have worked for James Hallam Travel and Tour for over 25 years and was instrumental in the set up of travel schemes following the introduction of package travel regulations in 1992.  I provide consultancy to ABTA, AITO, ITT and ABTOI and am a keen supporter of the Family Holiday Association and ABTA Lifeline.

I have been a member of the Travel & Tour Team for 8 years & work in our Chelmsford Office. I manage a number of smaller clients, providing advice and assisting them with their individual insurance needs.
